The Denver Parade of Homes 2011 showcased 65 new homes this summer throughout metro Denver and attracted more than 70,000 visitors. Many of the participating builders reported record-breaking traffic.
Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, who is currently leading national polls, won his first straw poll vote at the Western Conservative Summit 2011 July 29-31 in Denver. The Summit, which was sponsored by the Centennial Insititue of Colorado Christian University, also attracted Texas Governor Rick Perry, Rick Santorum and John Bolton as well as extensive national media attendance and coverage.
