Z. James Czupor
Principal/Owner
Z.J. has more than 35 years experience in public relations and marketing counseling representing clients for advertising/public relations firms, and in managing public relations programs for corporations, health care and higher education institutions. As a consultant, he has represented a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 companies and divisions to start-ups, as well as nonprofits, associations, and municipalities. "I enjoy the cross-over of ideas you get from working in different industries and sectors. I consider myself a generalist. But, my specialty is strategic communications, which matters across the board."
He earned his master's degree in mass communications from The University of Denver, and his bachelor's in journalism and public relations from The University of Kansas.

M. Marta Sipeki
Principal/Owner
Marta is co-founder of The InterPro Group and brings more than 30 years experience in public relations consulting, public affairs management, community relations, economic development, fundraising and special events management to The InterPro Group's portfolio of experience. She's also won numerous awards for her marketing work. "Our practice is really about working with people. At the very core, we're all the same. We seek simple, truthful information that improves or enhances our lives. That's why just 'throwing stuff out there' doesn't work today. It has to be strategic, thoughtful and mindful of what the market place wants."
She has represented corporations, non-profit organizations, governmental entities and quasi-government organizations. And, has directed marketing programs for chambers of commerce, served as on-air personality for WOSU-AM-FM-TV in Columbus, Ohio, and was one of the first female executives for the Central Ohio Council, Boy Scouts of America.
She graduated cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in communications arts and sciences, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo and has completed some post graduate work.
